You can cancel your paid subscription at any time in your Octoparse account.

Please follow the Steps below to cancel your paid subscription.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Select the ‘Subscription’ tab found on the left side of your profile page.

3. Turn off the "Automatic Renewal" button.

Notes:

· You don’t need to cancel your subscription if you are on a Basic Plan(Free Account).

· Subscriptions must be canceled before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

· When you cancel your paid subscription, all advanced features and cloud service will continue to be active and available until the expiration date of your current subscription plan. And your plan will be switched to our Basic Plan after the paid subscription plan expires.

· Our Free Plan has a limited set of features. You can know more information about comparison of key features in different paid subscription plans in our pricing page.
