Q: How to fix "Unable to connect to Octoparse" error?




While loading the Octoparse software on my computer, it shows me an error message "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later."



You can check out your internet connection by opening a random website.

The issue you had is mainly caused by your internet connection.
After checking your internet connection, please restart the software in 5 minutes again to see if the problem still exists.

If it still exists, please contact us via support@octoparse.com and send us the local logs of the software.


Please follow the steps below to find the log file.

1. Open the Octoparse installation file.


2. Open the Client file.

3. Open the Log file.

4. Open the Error file.
